  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be processed as a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

    ❌ Non-Returnable Items

    Some items cannot be returned, including:

    • Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Custom or made-to-order products
    • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

    💳 Refunds

    If your return is approved:

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
    • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    Culture Vault is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.

    ⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
